US EPA Accepting Comments on Proposed Plan for Pine River below St. Louis dam (OU3)

EPA is accepting comments on the proposed clean-up for “Operable Unit 3,” the EPA term for the Pine River for the first 1.5 miles below the St. Louis Dam.
